Aji Tfter Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to the Aji Tfter mobile app (the “App”) for Android and iOS, published by Tazwat Technology. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Tazwat Technology Terms of Service, including the terms for all Tazwat apps. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
A community map of free Ramadan Ftour (iftar) places in Morocco. Find places near you or in a chosen city, share a place, and confirm whether it served tonight.
Free. No in-app purchases. The app does not display ads.
3. Community Content
Places, photos and tips are shared by users and checked by the community. Tazwat Technology does not verify them and cannot guarantee that a place is free, open or serving on a given day. Use your own judgement.
4. What You May Share
Only share real places that offer free Ftour, and only photos you have the right to share. Do not share private homes without the host’s consent, or content that is false, offensive, commercial spam or that identifies people without their consent. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Licence to Your Content
You keep ownership of what you share. By sharing it, you allow Tazwat Technology to store it and show it to other users of Aji Tfter.
6. Eligibility
Aji Tfter is a general-audience app. It is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Privacy
How the App handles your data is described in the Aji Tfter Privacy Policy.
8. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tazwat Technology is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App changes. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
