Nadim Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to the Nadim mobile app (the “App”) for Android and iOS, published by Tazwat Technology. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Tazwat Technology Terms of Service, including the terms for all Tazwat apps. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
A personal life agent you chat with to manage tasks, a calendar, a budget, habits, a health log, notes, a shopping list and reminders. Its AI model runs entirely on your device.
Free. No in-app purchases. The app does not display ads.
3. AI Output
Nadim’s replies are written by a small AI model running on your phone. They can be wrong or incomplete, for example a misread date, time or amount. Check each proposal card before you confirm it. Nadim is not a substitute for professional financial, medical or legal advice.
4. AI Models
The models you download are open models made by third parties (such as Google Gemma and Alibaba Qwen) and are provided under their own licences. Downloads can be large; mobile data charges may apply if you are not on Wi-Fi.
5. Eligibility
Nadim is a general-audience app. It is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Privacy
How the App handles your data is described in the Nadim Privacy Policy.
7. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tazwat Technology is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App changes. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
