1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to the Tazwat TV mobile app (the “App”) for Android and iOS, published by Tazwat Technology. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Tazwat Technology Terms of Service, including the terms for all Tazwat apps. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
A media player for M3U / IPTV playlists on phones, tablets and Android TV. You add your own playlists (a link, a file or an Xtream login) or pick free-to-air lists published by the iptv-org community project. The app does not provide, sell or host any channels or videos.
Free with ads on phones and tablets. No ads on Android TV. No in-app purchases.
3. Content
Tazwat TV is only a player. Tazwat Technology does not provide, host, control or endorse any content you play with it, including the free iptv-org lists. Only add playlists you have the right to watch; streaming content without the rights holder’s permission may be illegal in your country.
4. Eligibility
Tazwat TV is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Privacy
How the App handles your data is described in the Tazwat TV Privacy Policy.
6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tazwat Technology is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App changes. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
